Congratulations to our boys golf team on placing as runner-up in the WCAC Tournament!

The team had two All-Conference players. Jonah Shelton earned First Team All-Conference honors with his 7th-place finish (78). Evan Roberts received Second Team All-Conference honors with his 11th-place finish overall (81).

Congratulations to Josie Bemis! She is the 2026 WCAC Girls Golf Champion after shooting a low score of 69. Her performance also broke the school record for the lowest 18-hole score, previously set by Kylie Carey in 2021 with a score of 70. 🎉⛳️

Our 2nd-4th grade students will perform their May Day Concert on Thursday, May 7! The performance starts at 5:30pm in the North Gym. 🎶

About 40 High School art students attended the Conference Art Fair on Monday, May 4, at Pleasantville High School. 🎨

Students viewed the art show in which they had entered work, participated in a button-making workshop, and listened to guest artists discuss making art and building their own art businesses.

They ended their time with a workshop led by Iowa State Professor Akshay Sharma, who also brought students from the Industrial Design program. The college students shared what a typical day looks like in their program, as well as their creative internships with companies such as Lego and Under Armour. The high school art students were then tasked with creating a new concept for a shoe design. They later shared their prototype ideas with the group.

It was a great day of celebration and learning! ✨
