School Performance Profiles

The Iowa Department of Education has released its Iowa School Performance Profiles which include new ratings and designations.

Among the learning measures and metrics that go into the performance profiles are a school’s proficiency in mathematics and English Language Arts, performance on assessments, graduation rates, post-secondary readiness, and more.

The two highest ratings a school can achieve: Exceptional and High Performing — both of which were attained by Van Meter schools. Less than 2% of Iowa schools are rated ‘Exceptional’ while only 12% are considered ‘High Performing.’ Find out more: https://bit.ly/3FA5gEW
