The Role of the Van Meter Educational Foundation:

The Van Meter Educational Foundation (VMEF) is a non-profit corporation designed to support and enhance the Van Meter Community School District in a variety of ways, including funding educational mini-grants, scholarships for students, and other long-term projects benefiting the School District and the community.

Mini-Grant Program: 

Applications are accepted for the VMEF Mini-Grant Program from all K-12 educators, to assist in funding classroom resources and / or materials above and beyond those already available. Application cycles are announced by the Foundation in the Spring, Fall, or bi-annually, as funds allow.

Donations to the Foundation:

All donations to the Van Meter Educational Foundation (VMEF) are tax-deductible and 100% of every donation goes back to supporting students, teachers and educationally-based projects within the Van Meter School District.
